Effective August 29, 2026. This policy describes information handled through the EncounterOps marketing website and business-inquiry process.

This is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. The website contact form is for business inquiries only and must not be used to transmit patient information or PHI.

Information you provide

If you submit a business inquiry, we may receive your name, work email, phone number, organization, provider count, specialty, selected business challenge, and message.

This website is not an approved channel for protected health information or patient-identifiable information. Do not include patient names, dates of birth, medical-record or account numbers, insurance identifiers, claim numbers, diagnoses, treatment information, or patient documents.

Technical and usage information

Hosting and security infrastructure may process standard technical information such as IP address, device or browser characteristics, requested pages, timestamps, and security events needed to operate and protect the website.
